Fairmont Bab Al Bahar has a new eatery:
Marco’s New York Italian Restaurant Abu Dhabi is now open at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahar. We are absolutely delighted to have opened our latest restaurant interior design project last week. Best of all we even had a visit from the man himself, Marco Pierre White. It has been an awesome journey working with Black and White International, Elias, Nick and Rebecca on this project and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
When discussing Marco’s New York Italian Restaurant Abu Dhabi, the Godfather himself had this to say:
“Everyone involved in our first International New York Italian has sent a lot of time reading the market an finding a restaurant design that fits very well inside a 5* hotel whilst creating the feel of an independent stand-alone restaurant and bar operation. I just love it!”
We couldn’t ask for much more praise than that, furthermore, our managing partner, Kristian Stinson and head of F&B, Nicola Fahy were at the opening of the restaurant. They even nabbed a few pics. A really awesome night. A terrific restaurant and we wish everyone involved, all the success in the world.
