Retail Interior Design – Jumbo Electronics now open

Retail Interior Design: We are delighted to have completed this 21,000 sq foot monster in Abu Dhabi. Jumbo, sought to create a modern new flagship for their brand. Here at FINCH we love retail Interior design projects. We wanted to create a store that embraced all things digital. As well as creating a highly functional space. This is where Creative Director Emma Stinson, along with the rest of the design team got to task. One of the key things we identified early on was how important lighting and digital components would be. With such a large space and so many retail units to fit in clearly zoning was going to be an issue.

This is where Emma developed the lighting systems and design elements to create zones. Adding further to this we created a fully digital shop front. This along with all of the digital walls really allowed this store to stand alone. an awesome piece of modern retail design. It ticks the boxes, contemporary, digital, interactive and if we don’t say so ourself, pretty damn sexy. Jumbo Electronics Galleria Mall is a multi-brand store we wanted to focus on two or three design elements.

From here we could then create a relatively muted backdrop. Allowing us to use the lighting and digital components as the main design features. We did this and the results are stunning, we hope you enjoy it.  Furthermore, we’ve always wanted to design a large scale electronics sore and thanks to Jumbo Electronics Galleria Mall, we have now done that. Jumbo Electronics is an awesome interior fit out project that we loved being part of.
