Rasoi by Vineet Bhatia, is the Michelin Starred Chefs first venture into Abu Dhabi. Based at the Etihad Towers by Conrad, this mammoth restaurant project is a refurbishment of an old French Brasserie. Our brief was for us to create a modern Indian fine dining concept. Without the fine dining garb that’s associated with it. As well as to create a bright, modern, and vibrant atmosphere that is synonymous with the man himself.
