When local rockstar entrepreneur Lyndsay Doran approached us to design her new L’Couture Store in Dubai, we were over the moon. Having seen what an amazing brand she has created with L’Couture, we knew we wanted to give her a retail space she and the brand deserved. 

Retail Interior Design

The retail area on the ground floor is the main focal point of the store. L’Couture has an array of gorgeous activewear pieces and each piece of collection is carefully designed. We took this attention to detail into our design.

The Design

Adopting a quality over quantity model, it was important that we created a design that could be segmented allowing us to showcase each product range in their own area.

L’Couture has designed pieces that are robust and can withstand the day’s challenges. Without pleating or threading, they also create a beautiful silhouette around the female form. This is something that we wanted to translate into the design.

 

Retail design and luxurious materials

With the retail area, we combined those strong and robust yet luxurious materials with softer and more feminine counterparts. Juxtaposing the harder elements such as the Corian counters and visual merchandising displays with the softer velvets, brass trims, display racks, and floral features allowed us to translate this into the design.

Brand perception improved positively, conversion increased by 25% and 90% of people surveyed liked the new rebranding.
