Sharjah Asset Management Headquarters
At FINCH, workspace design is not our most frequent commission, but when we do take it on, it is often for a landmark client and on a remarkable scale. The new Sharjah Asset Management Headquarters is a perfect example. Spanning three floors and 49,000 square feet, this project represents a bold and forward-thinking vision for a client whose role in the emirate is both unique and influential.
Delivered under the creative direction of Emma Stinson, who has a deeply personal connection to Sharjah as her birthplace, the project carried added meaning. This made the design journey not only professional but also heartfelt, blending Emma’s personal affinity for the city with the client’s aspirations for a new kind of workspace.
The design narrative focused on creating a contemporary environment that fosters openness, collaboration, and innovation. Expansive workstations are balanced with private offices, while shared lounges, meeting rooms, and executive areas have been designed with both function and elegance in mind. Natural light floods the interiors, complemented by warm material palettes and acoustic solutions that enhance both comfort and performance.
One of the standout features of the Sharjah Asset Management headquarters is the seamless flow between formal and informal spaces. From the dynamic open-plan work areas to the refined majlis and reception zones, the design reflects a holistic vision where every touchpoint communicates professionalism, sophistication, and approachability. The inclusion of landscaped breakout areas and a state-of-the-art cafeteria reinforces the emphasis on wellbeing and human connection within the workplace. This is a space that was designed with the people of Sharjah Asset Management, for the people of Sharjah Asset Management.
The result is a headquarters that goes beyond the traditional office. It is a symbol of Sharjah Asset Management’s achievements to date and an inspiring space that supports the creativity, ambition, and collective spirit of its people.
