Sage Kitchen is a gorgeous little deli based in Bahrain . The design is heavily guided by the name. With the colour sage playing a large part of the design palette.

Boho Aesthetic

We love how this compact space turned out, the Sage Kitchen design may be small, but it packs a punch. As well as adore the marriage of sage with the woods we used we love how the space appears a lot larger than it’s 70 sq mts actually is. The soft furnishings and styling really help this design to shine and we’re super proud of Sage Kitchen. The design team were very restrained with this design, which is important in a project that is this small. The real charm in this project comes from the styling and the FF&E. Every element has thoughtful consideration. Each element adds to the story and to the design, and we just love how charming this space is.

From a studio perspective. We love projects such as this. As it shows what we can do as designers with a small space. Yes it’s always cool to work on big projects. But for us we also love working on these smaller projects. Once you’re constricted by space and at times budget. That’s when you have to pull out all of the design skills and create something epic, which is something we’ve definitely done here..
