The new LC Headquarters in Downtown Dubai represents the next evolution of our long-standing collaboration with LC, a premium ladies’ fashion brand redefining athleisure wear across the region. This project marks our sixth partnership with the brand, following the successful delivery of multiple retail stores across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For this flagship office, our brief was to create a dynamic, functional, and inspiring workspace that reflects LC’s clean, sophisticated, and fashion-forward identity.

As one of the leading office interior designers in Dubai, our scope covered the complete design journey, from concept through to supervision and delivery. Every detail was carefully considered to align with LC’s aesthetic: minimalist yet expressive, flowing yet practical. The result is a headquarters that serves as both a creative hub and a high-performance workplace, setting a new benchmark for modern office interior design in Dubai.

The headquarters is thoughtfully zoned to support the diverse needs of a fast-growing fashion brand. A dedicated fashion studio provides a practical space for design development, fittings, and collection reviews, while a content room supports the creation of media and digital assets that are vital for the brand’s communication and growth. Multiple boardrooms and meeting spaces encourage collaboration, equipped with the latest technology and finished in calming, neutral tones that promote focus and productivity.

Additional amenities include talking pods for private conversations, breakout zones for informal exchanges, and a cafe designed as the social heart of the office. Natural light floods the open-plan work areas and executive suites, enhancing well-being, while warm timber finishes, soft textiles, and bespoke joinery bring comfort and refinement to every corner.
