Best Boutique Interior Design Firm….. that’s right, you read it correctly. Ahhhhhhhh! it actually happened! Last night we had the absolute shock of our lives. Somehow, someway, we were named the as the Middle East’s Best Boutique Interior Design Firm. This was at the Commercial Interior Design Awards, overcoming some industry heavyweights in the process. In total there were 10 companies shortlisted, with our wee Studio coming out as the winners of the award! What a night!

There are a million people we want to thank. There are our amazing clients, the best in the world, those that have helped and supported us over the past 5 years. The contractors who have worked with us. The suppliers who have helped our designs come alive. The media, in particular DesignMENA and CID Magazine. The whole team have made this possible, they are an incredible, talented, clever and creative bunch, most of all, I couldn’t pick a better bunch to spend every working day with, they make this whole journey worthwhile and so enjoyable and that’s why we manage to deliver award winning projects, because of these rock stars. They really deserve this award!

The judges commended the firm for its “incredibly well put together projects”, with a special mention going out to the firm’s work on The Hangout.
Another judge noted that Studio Em’s “portfolio has blossomed in the last few years. Every project is original and shows design thought and engagement with the client brief.”
I can’t thank you all enough or my colleagues, but please know we never take this success for granted and something like this means so much to me personally, when I started this journey, all I wanted to do was to create interiors I love and because of everyone mentioned here, I get to do that!
